The Purpose of Psychological treatment
Life can be challenging even though we may be resilient. Reaching for emotional and practical support from family and friends can be beneficial, however an extra guided service could be required. Therefore, it would be valuable to seek professional assistance from a psychologist who is bound by ethical standards with a process that is confidential, during times where there is:

-
stress, anger, anxiety and depression
-
self-esteem, confidence, self awareness concerns
-
conflict and bullying
-
personal and workplace relationship issues
-
trauma, loss, bereavement and grief
-
adjustment to injury and rehabilitation
-
sleep difficulties
-
adjustment from substance use and addiction
-
and anything else that may be of concern
